ABOUT US

Jim Sehloff has been a land surveyor since 1999 and became a Wisconsin PLS in 2004. Since 2007, he has led survey departments, specializing in site development, including Certified Survey Maps, Subdivision Plats, building site plans, and variance applications. He takes pride in working closely with municipalities to bring clients' projects to life. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on his property in Greenleaf.

Aaron Ballast has been a surveyor since 1999 and became a licensed professional in 2008. With expertise in construction surveys, boundary surveys, and residential site development, he has worked on projects of all sizes—from large-scale infrastructure like the US41 Corridor in Green Bay to small city lot and fence surveys. Aaron thrives on challenges and approaches every job as a unique opportunity to apply his skills and experience.

Connor Christopherson has been a licensed professional since 2020, with a focus on boundary surveying, easements, and right-of-way determination. He is detail oriented, approaching every project with precision and care. Connor has demonstrated a strong commitment to the surveying profession, speaking on exam preparation at our State Society’s Institute and advocating the importance of licensure to emerging professionals through the Young Surveyors Network of Wisconsin.
